  23.    Most of the Free or Shareware programs are available on‚Äìline.  Anyone with a modem can download them from information services such as CompuServe or GEnie, or from a local Bulletin Board System.  Be careful when downloading from a local BBS, there is no guarantee the programs aren‚Äôt infected!
